Manifesting Miracles - How To Create A Life Of Bliss

Everything in the Universe is energy, including your thoughts and emotions. One of the first steps in transforming your life is to become aware of your thoughts. Simply observe them and ask yourself: Do they serve me? Choose thoughts that come from a place of love, your true self, as opposed to fear, your ego self.

 

Fear based thought: I don’t want to go to the party. No-one will like me.

Love based thought: I love and honour myself and am open to new friendships and connections.

 

Fear based thought: I’m always broke. I can never make ends meet no matter how hard I work.

Love based thought: I am an abundance magnet. I attract opportunities and money to me by staying open to possibilities. I manage my money well.

 

Fear based thought: I keep getting sick.

Love based thought: I am divine health. I am listening to my body. I nourish and love my body with amazing organic food. I release emotions and thoughts which no longer serve me. I am well.

Here’s a quick guide to manifesting your dream life:

  • Focus on what you want (rather than what you don’t want). Don’t focus on lack, always focus on abundance and infinite possibilities.

  • Act “as if” it has already happened. Imagine how it would feel to have what you desire.

  • 17 seconds of visualisation will activate the Law of Attraction. Close your eyes and imagine!

  • Take action on your dreams without attachment. Leave the how’s up to the Universe and be open to new possibilities.

  • Don’t hold on too tightly to the final outcome, but hold the view of “this or something better”. Let go and let God!

  • Believe the Universe is always conspiring for you. Even if you are going through a hard time, look for the blessing or the lesson. There is always a gift in the storm and sometimes the biggest challenges shape our destiny in the most amazing ways.

  • Say thank you instead of please. Don’t beg. Be grateful!

  • Gratitude, gratitude and more gratitude. Start and end your day by thinking of things you are grateful for. It could be as simple as a hug from a loved one, clean clothes to wear and a full belly. This is also a great way to raise your vibration.

Your thoughts shape your reality and your experience. They also impact your emotions and the vibrational energy you send out into the Universe. By choosing positive thoughts, your life will become more enjoyable and you will attract more enriching experiences.
